GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE

All orders for Goods shall be subject to these Conditions.

Material on this website is protected by copyright. Users may view, print and download the contents for personal use only; the contents must not be used for commercial purposes or incorporated in any publication in any shape or form.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT where appropriate at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s). The quantity and description of the Goods shall be as set out in Ethno Botanical Products website.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Secure On Line Payment Method via the website. (or any of the alternatives at the shop check-out page) In Accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 we do not supply any of your details to a third party. We will try to deliver within 14 days – Goods are more likely to be despatched within 72 hours or before and often on the day of placing the order. Any delay will be notified to you immediately via e-mail and or Telephone/Fax but you should allow up to 28 days. None of the above affects your statutory rights. Payment of the price of an order must be received by and cleared before delivery. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, and will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your Goods. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

All stock and prices (UK Pounds sterling) are subject to availability, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Goods will often be despatched within 72 hours or before maybe on the day of placing the order. The method and address for delivery shall be as specified by the Buyer’s order. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery. A signature will be required on delivery of the goods for all orders. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for parcels on delivery.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

Ethno Botanical Products warrants that Services and Goods will at the time of Delivery correspond to the description given by Ethno Botanical Products.

MAILS AND PERSONAL HOME PAGES

Ethno Botanical Products assumes no responsibility for the deletion of or failure to store e-mail messages or for any problems with its personal home page service. You should be aware that emails you send to us are not necessarily secure when they are transmitted to us. If your communication to any third party or us is sensitive or includes highly confidential information such as credit card number, you may want to provide it by post or via the telephone instead.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold each of Ethno Botanical Products, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Ethno Botanical Products, the violation of these Terms of Service by you, or the infringement by you, or any other subscriber of your account, or of any intellectual property or other right of any other person or entity.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

SECURITY

When you order any of our products on-line, you can rest assured that your payment details and any personal details including name and address are safe. We use both registered digital certificates and secure servers to process both payments and exchange of personal details. All your details are encrypted, preventing anyone else from accessing them. Your details are not stored, eliminating any chance of them being found at a later date. Secure Internet Transactions are now very commonplace and you are automatically protected against fraud when shopping on-line with your credit card if you have been misled in any way.

RETURNS – REFUNDS – EXCHANGES

In the event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, we shall give a full refund or replacement. Returns should be made within 14 days of the date of the invoice and goods sent back to us at Ethno Botanical Products, PO Box 10, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO21 5SB, England, UK, including a copy of the original invoice. We will also reimburse the cost of postage and packaging. Provided you keep your receipt, and the goods are unopened and unused, within 6 weeks of the purchase date, you may exchange these goods or get a credit/debit card/cheque refund, depending on the method of your payment. COMPLAINTS
